The Chronicle I Study is a research initiative for people living with complex chronic conditions. By contributing samples, wearable data, and health insights, participants help build a powerful dataset to improve diagnosis, treatment, and future research for neuroimmune disorders.

Anyone can join the Chronicle I Study by signing up through our research platform, Chronicle Connect. You can contribute information and get notified about research studies. If your clinic is part of our research network, your provider may offer you the chance to participate during a standard visit. On-site participation typically involves giving a blood sample and answering a few short questions. It’s fast, safe, and voluntary.

Our studies are designed with patient safety, privacy, and ethics at the core. All procedures are reviewed by independent ethics boards (IRBs), and you can opt out at any time without affecting your care.

Yes. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you can choose to opt out at any time.

If you’re a patient at or live near a ChronicleBio site listed above, work with the provider to schedule a lab appointment. Sample collection is quick! Once collected, your sample is safely and securely sent off for storage in our biobank.
If you don’t live near a CB site, keep an eye out for mail-in collection options. We periodically offer decentralized studies with kits sent to you that can be completed at home and shipped back. We’ll notify you via Chronicle Connect and email when these studies are available.
